Art Guidelines

• Program is printed in black  and process blue (cyan)  ink only.
• Ads should be submitted as PDF or EPS files. PDFs should be rendered with PDF /X-4:2007 standard. No need to worry about crop marks or any additional marks when preparing your files.
• Please convert at all type to outlines/art before submitting.
• If you can’t deliver either PDF or EPS files, we can accept TIFFs or JPEGs. These files should be 300 dpi at actual size.
• Ad deadline is March 16, 2012 and files should be submitted to ads@app4art.org

Your two-page spread can bleed. If so, please provide an additional .125″ of bleed to your ad.

Your full page ad can bleed. If so, please provide an additional .125″ of bleed to your ad.
